Below are some of the more common questions we receive from clients before they book their party bus with us. In the interest of helping you make the most educated decision, we have listed this commonly asked questions below, along with our answers! POPULAR QUESTIONS

Unfortunately, we do not allow smoking on our buses. This is because we want to ensure that our party buses are smelling clean and fresh for all of our clients. However, don't be discouraged because of this policy! With Anaheim Party Bus, we make unlimited stops while you are with us, so if you need to smoke, just let our drivers know and they will be happy to find a suitable spot for you to take that much needed smoke break!

Of course we allow drinking on our party buses! It is a party bus after all! As long as you bring your own alcohol, and everyone in your party are of legal drinking age, you may drink on the bus.

No, we do not carry a liquor license so we can not provide you with alcohol on your trip. We want to ensure that everyone is able to experience the joys of riding on a party bus, so we keep our prices low by not providing this feature. But, feel free to bring all of the booze you feel is necessary for your party to enjoy!

Nope! Everything from the taxes and fees to the driver's gratuity are included with your hourly rate. We love to be transparent with our customers, and therefore, you will find that all of our prices are exactly as we quoted you!

General Questions

Are we required to tip the driver additionally?

You are by no means required to tip our drivers, as a minimal gratuity is included in their pay rate. However, if you feel that the driver did an exceptional job, feel free to give him an additional tip. We know that they will greatly appreciate your generosity!

How do you charge overtime?

Overtime is handled at the hourly rate we've agreed upon at the time of booking. You only pay for the additional time you use! So, if you feel you need a little extra time with us, no sweat! We are more than happy to allow you extra time with our fabulous party buses!

I live further away from you, will you come get me?

We would be happy to drive to your location! However locations that are more than 50 miles away from us may enact an additional fuel surcharge. Be sure to give us a call to see if we can pick you up without the surcharge though.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, we require all our customers to place a security deposit made with a credit card over the phone in order to reserve a bus. This is to ensure that you are guaranteed to have a bus for your party or event.
